'Tyrannosaur', 'Guard' tops at Dinard
London-- Paddy Considine's pointing debut "Tyrannosaur" and John Michael McDonagh's "The Guard" won two honours each within the 22nd Dinard British Film Festival, France's leading showcase for Uk cinema. "Tyrannosaur" acquired the Golden Hitchcock award for top film as well as the Allianz award for top script. "The Guard" needed the Kodak Award for top cinematography as well as the Prix Public, selected with the audience. The Golden Hitchcock provides financial aid for the French distributor as well as the filmmaker, plus a advertising campaign round the Cine+ channels throughout time from the film's theatrical release.
