Fox/ABC Family movie about a couple looking for a house and the woman is lured to a house owned by an old lady?

Okay so I believe it was a 90s movie but it could've been an early
2000 movie. I believe it was on Fox Family back then, which then
changed to ABC Family, but I'm pretty sure it was called Fox Family
back then.

It started off with this couple who was looking for a house and the
woman is lured to this one house and she really wants it. The owner of
the house is an old woman with white hair and tells them it's not for
sale (I think?). Later on the woman is killed and the only thing we
see when she's being killed is a wolf shadow attacking her. The couple
is then contacted about the house being available and other weird
things happen, but
I can't remember exactly.
