Learning Piano blues?

I've just recently become interested in the blues, New orleans blues
in particular, especially artists such as Dr John and Professor
Longhair. I'm interested in learning to play blues piano, but don't
really know where to start. Tips would be much appreciated :) I am
just starting work on Grade 8 classical piano
